The Barn At Rigg End was the perfect retreat for me. The cozy bedroom made me feel right at home, and the three bathrooms with showers were a real luxury. It was so convenient to have my own private bathroom, it made my stay even more comfortable and hassle-free.
Personally, I found the decor a bit outdated, but hey, I guess some people might still find it charming!

The accommodation at The Barn At Rigg End was absolutely mind-blowing! The views were jaw-dropping, and the hosts were incredibly helpful without being annoying like some places we've stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised that there were no unexpected guests, and the toasty rooms were a super bonus, especially with the snow outside. The cleared path and steps made it easy to access the bedrooms, and the convenience of free parking and free wi-fi in public areas was a major plus. The electric kettle and well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze, and the flat-screen TV was a great addition. The fact that it was an adults-only retreat provided a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or cycling. We also loved the outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the stunning surroundings. And lastly, it was refreshing to know that no pets were allowed and that there was no smoking on site.
